From classic chords to modern riffs, our guitar programme is designed to get students playing their favorite songs quickly.
Learning in a group helps develop perfect timing and the confidence to perform.
1 hour session per week over a 6 month term.
Teaching is delivered on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday each week. We have a range of flexibile time slots which will be provided for your choosing in your Welcome Email.
Curriculum:
Guitar (Group of 6)
• Month 1: Tuning & TAB basics. Milestone: "Seven Nation Army" riff.
• Month 2: 1-finger chords (C, G7). Milestone: Strumming a 2-chord song.
• Month 3: Em/G Chords & 4/4 Rock Beat. Milestone: Switching in time.
• Month 4: D Major & Anchor Fingers. Milestone: G-D-Em progression.
• Month 5: 8th Note Strumming (D-U). Milestone: Full pop song verse.
• Month 6: Performance Polishing. Milestone: Graduation Showcase.
